I have found this link very interesting regarding cfs/me symptoms and support . I hope that anyone reading this link will find it just as interesting and help give them some hope for a brighter more positive future

    I see my consultant at the hospital on 7th March to discuss hypnotherapy , i will talk to her then about CBT as a route to explore, in the meantime i may talk to my GP about it too. I'm not brave in any way, i'm the biggest coward i know , but i fight on and i live in hope that the part of me that is lost through my illness , she will be found again and help me thro this .
